1. Eligibility

To open an account and use the winbw platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. winbw enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of winbw or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member thereof.

winbw reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. If it is determined that you do not meet the eligibility criteria, any account balance may be forfeited and the account suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one winbw account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances. When registering, you agree to the following obligations:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

• Complete any Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process when requested. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the winbw platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). winbw supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer through major Bangladeshi banks. The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your account wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. winbw does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your mobile money provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Most withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes. During peak periods processing may take up to 24 hours.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly without satisfying the stated wagering requirement.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.

5. Prohibited Activities and Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winbw platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the platform.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, arbitrage betting using promotional funds, or any form of coordinated fraudulent play.
• Opening accounts for third parties, operating accounts on behalf of others, or sharing account access with any other person.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any other criminal enterprise. winbw complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.

6. Responsible Gaming

winbw is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity. Players can access the following self-management features from their account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your winbw account.

winbw does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

winbw reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or fraudulent conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by winbw, or providing false or misleading documentation.
• At the request of law enforcement or a regulatory authority, or where winbw has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used in connection with criminal activity.

10. Privacy and Data

winbw collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the platform you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and follow secure storage practices for data at rest. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

11. Amendments to These Terms

winbw reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by displaying a notice on the platform or via email to the address on file. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
